Paralegal Supervisor

Latoya Wilson is a dedicated legal professional with over 10 years of experience in family law, specializing in legal and administrative support. Her expertise includes drafting pleadings, correspondence, and various documents essential to the process. Known for her strong multitasking abilities, Toya effectively supports attorneys and ensures clients receive high-quality service.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Lincoln University, Pennsylvania, and is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Outside of work, Toya enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three children.

Paralegal

Kate’s passion for helping others originally led her to the nursing profession, graduating from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. Prior to starting a family, Kate’s professional career included bedside nursing at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, clinical trial coordination at Thomas Jefferson University, and clinical editing at Lippincott Williams & Wilkins.

More recently, Kate held various positions in clinical research project management and community health nursing before she decided to utilize her medical knowledge in the legal profession. She graduated from Villanova University’s paralegal studies program and worked for a medical malpractice defense firm before happily landing at Boyd & Early.

Kate is thrilled to work with an experienced and dynamic team of attorneys and staff who passionately advocate for their clients. She is an affiliate member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and a member of the Chester County Paralegal Association. When Kate is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs. Her hobbies include painting, cooking, reading, and photography.

Administrative Assistant Supervisor

Jami Levin is the Administrative Assistant Supervisor at BEFL. She has many years of experience working with Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, Bucks and Philadelphia Counties. She is proud of the part she plays in helping clients with her knowledge of the court system and her compassionate heart.

Jami was born and raised in Montgomery County and attended Harriton High School and graduated from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. When she is not working she loves spending time with her family, friends, dogs, exploring new restaurants and traveling.

Jami is an affiliate member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Legal Assistant

Emily is an alumna of Shippensburg University, where she pursued studies in English, Psychology, and Disability Studies. During her academic tenure, she demonstrated a commitment to assisting others through her involvement in both the Best Buddies program and Alpha Phi Omega, community service fraternity.

Subsequent to her graduation, Emily relocated to California to advance her career in behavioral health, specifically focusing on working with children. Upon returning to the East Coast, she transitioned her career trajectory towards law, aspiring to serve as a victim's advocate. Emily has also maintained her dedication to community service through her continued volunteer work as a member of Rotary.

When Emily is not engaged in her professional duties or contributing to community service, she dedicates her time to pursuing her other passions, namely hiking and music.
