As a family law attorney, Missy Boyd concentrates on all aspects of family law. She has dedicated much of her professional career to preserving the rights of children and their families. She advocates in various areas including, but not limited to, divorce, pre-nuptial and post-divorce agreements, child custody and support, equitable distribution, alimony, adoptions, protection from abuse, and juvenile law. Ms. Boyd is the chairperson for the Family Justice Advisory Board of Montgomery County. The FJAB examines and recommends ways the courts and their partners can effectively improve the County's overall Family Court system.
She is a frequent presenter on family law topics for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Montgomery Bar Association.

Missy is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She also is a member of the family law sections of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Montgomery Bar Association. Missy previously served as the chair of the Family Law Section of the Montgomery Bar Association.
A graduate of Washington College and the University of Baltimore School of Law, she has received the highest possible rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Missy has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for eight years. Plus, she's been cited as a Best Lawyer in America since 2016. Finally, she's been ranked among the 10 Leaders of Matrimonial Law in Philadelphia.
